What we collect

When you fill out a form, take a quiz, subscribe to The ScalePoint Brief, request a deduction audit, or purchase from the Shelf Series bookstore, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, company, and the details you enter (such as revenue range, distribution status, or a message).

Payments are processed by Squarespace. We never see or store your full card number. Squarespace's handling of your payment data is governed by Squarespace's privacy policy.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver what you asked for — a consult, an audit, a book, a calendar.
• To send The ScalePoint Brief and related emails, if you subscribed or downloaded a lead resource. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link.
• To notify Mark directly so a human actually follows up.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information. Ever.
• We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site (email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, hosting).
• We don't send you email you didn't sign up for.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email at the link in its footer. You can request a copy or deletion of your data through our contact form — we'll handle it within 30 days.
