If you reach it, core features keep working (Excel item forms still fill using our built-in rules) and usage resets each month. Higher limits are available on higher plans. Limits may change to keep the service fast and fair for everyone. Seat and product limits apply on Free and Operate.
** LaunchPad includes a monthly allowance of new retailer accounts and covers independents and regional chains. Larger chains and additional accounts are available on Growth.
On Hub and LaunchPad, commission applies only above a ScalePoint-attributed sales threshold, spelled out in your agreement before anything starts. Scale, Agency, Parent and Growth are quoted per brand.
