Delivery
Shelf Series books are digital downloads. After checkout, your download link arrives by email within minutes — check spam if you don't see it. Links stay active so you can re-download anytime; if a link ever stops working, tell us through the contact form and we'll resend it, free, forever.
Refunds
If a book isn't useful to you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no interrogation. Reach us through the contact form with your order email and which purchase to refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days.
The series credit
Amounts you've paid for Shelf Series products are credited toward your first month of LaunchPad or Growth. If you refund a purchase, its credit goes with it. The credit is applied once, at service signup, and has no cash value on its own.
Free products
Book 1 (Before You Make It) is free with your email address. You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time — the book is yours to keep either way.
