Where our brands sell
The ScalePoint Framework
Do it yourself on the Hub, or have ScalePoint's own team take your brand to buyers. Infrastructure first, traction second, national scale when the numbers say you're ready. And unlike every national brokerage: you’ll know exactly what it costs before you sign anything.
The commercial operating system, self-serve
$99/ month
The system, run by you — category review details, pipeline, proposals, samples. No sales outreach and no retailer contacts included: the selling is what LaunchPad and Growth add.
Independent retail activation
$499/ month
For new innovation proving itself at retail. Secure independent placements, build wholesale momentum, and generate the reorder data that gets regional buyers to say yes.
Fractional national sales leadership
For brands ready to scale
Structure — not cheerleading. Turn a viable product into a business buyers and distributors take seriously, from first regional traction to $100M+. This is where execution decides everything.
Start With the Problem
Pick the one that stings. We'll tell you exactly how we'd attack it — and which part of the framework does the work.

The Route to National
Retail growth is not about adding doors. It's about building a system that can withstand them. Here's the path we run brands down — in order, on purpose.
Boutique and independent grocery. Fast yeses, honest feedback, and the first reorder data on the books.
Regional chains, conventional and natural. Category review submissions with velocity proof behind them.
All major national and regional distributors. Set up right — pricing, trade spend, deduction defense.
National banners and the national natural channel. Scale the system can withstand.
From the Floor
Shelf space is won in the details — the case pack, the cut-in date, the reorder call nobody else makes.
The Operator Behind It
And unlike the big houses — where the pitch team hands you to an account team — the person you meet is the person who sells. Your line review is never handed to a junior rep, because there isn't one. See how we work
"Retail growth is not about adding doors. It is about building a system that can withstand them." — Mark Rider, FounderWhy ScalePoint
The Shelf Series
Six books that take a food founder from idea to national distribution — validation, retail readiness, first placements, distributors, the buyer meeting, and scaling without breaking. Plus Don't Sign That, the contract red-flag bonus. Written from the other side of the desk. Book 1 is free.
