This website is operated by ScalePoint CPG, LLC ("ScalePoint," "we"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Content and tools

Everything on this site — including the free tools, the Shelf Series books, calculators, quizzes, and calendars — is general information for CPG founders and buyers. It is not legal, financial, or accounting advice. Retail math varies by category, retailer, and contract; verify your own numbers before acting on them. Contract-related content (including Don't Sign That) is educational — have a lawyer review anything before you sign it.

Digital products

Shelf Series purchases are for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the books or their contents. Delivery and refunds are covered by our Refund & Delivery Policy. The series credit (applying your purchase toward the first month of LaunchPad or Growth) is applied once per customer at signup.

Intellectual property

The ScalePoint name, logo mark, site design, and all content are the property of ScalePoint CPG, LLC. Brand names and logos of brands we represent belong to their respective owners.

Service engagements

LaunchPad, Growth, and deduction recovery engagements are governed by their own written agreements. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of guaranteed retail placement, distribution, or recovery outcomes.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScalePoint CPG, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its content. Our total liability related to any digital product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
